+ a new type of fitness routine that I’m taking from a guy I work with named Geoff who has his own blog called CoachGeoff lol. It’s a lot like Jaimie Eason’s livefit actually but I like it more myself. It’s recommended for those who already have a strong or advanced fitness background. Anyone with a gym membership interested in doing a 80 day challenge hosted by myself with it :)!? If so I’ll post more details if not that’s okay lol.

Shoulders, Chest, and Core (3 sets each)

  • 15 arch body bananas
  • 12 dumbb. flys (light) @ 10lbs each hand
  • 10 dumbb. bench press @ 15lbs each hand
  • 20 legs up crunches
  • 8 dumbb. incline bench presses @ 20lbs each hand
  • 8 dumbb. military presses @ 20lbs each hand
  • 10 floor windshield wipers w/ dumbb. @ 10lbs each

CARDIO (RPM tabata) suppppperrr intense. After 5min I felt like I was going to throw up haha (maybe it’s just because when I see go fast I go FAST). It went by super fast and got my heart rate up so high. Only 5min long also!

  • 10 rounds @ 7 resistance: 20sec fast cycling standing up & 10sec cruise sitting down
